These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Besco Building Supplies (S.E.A) Pte Ltd smart toilet products and services. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product Usage
Our smart toilets are designed for residential and commercial use.
Ensure proper installation by a licensed plumber and electrician to maintain safety and warranty coverage.
2. Warranty and Returns
A 2 year warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal usage.
The warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

3. Limitations of Liability
Besco Building Supplies (S.E.A) Pte Ltd is not responsible for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use.
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, or improper installation.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, software, and materials related to our smart toilets are owned by Besco Building Supplies (S.E.A) Pte Ltd or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. User Responsibilities
Use the smart toilet according to the user manual and safety guidelines.
Keep the product and its power supply out of reach of children.
6. Updates to Products and Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue product features or services at any time, with or without notice.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore

8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or mediation as agreed upon by both parties.
